25th Anniversary

On June 7th & 8th I will celebrate a milestone in my life that happened 25 years ago.  

But another family will be reminiscing about a son, perhaps a brother, a cousin, a grandson, a nephew, most likely a friend; that was involved in a head-on collision today.  They will remember the day their lives were turned upside down and the harrowing 3 days following that were filled with unknowns. Unknowns about this young 17 year olds future, if there was a future at all.  And at some point during the next 3 days, they would make the unselfish decision to donate their son's organs...or at least his heart.

And that decision would set the course for another 17 year olds future.  The following video is my tribute to that family.
